For any damaged items, please notify Burns Books as soon as possible upon receipt by emailing info@burnsbooks.co.uk. We will examine the returned product(s) and notify you of your refund via email as quickly as possible. We will process the refund as soon as possible and within 30 days of the day confirming your eligibility for a refund. We will refund the price of any defective books in full, any delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
